MOBILE DOCKING STATION

The Mobile Docking Station mounts your smart phone right on the dashboard, which means easy access to music, hands-free calling, navigation apps, podcasts, and more. The holding arm is designed for most smartphones or digital music players, in either portrait or landscape mode.  The system is connected to the two door speakers for great sound you can control through the volume dial on the dash. It’s an instant communication and entertainment centre.

PORTRAIT AND LANDSCAPE VIEW

A simple swiveling motion puts your smartphone into landscape view.  This helpful trick is great for viewing navigation apps and making the most of your screen.

AUXILIARY AND USB INPUTS

The auxiliary input and available 3.5 mm cable connects your smartphone to the Mobile Docking Station. Use the USB input as a handy source of power or away to charge your portable device.

LOW-FATIGUE SEAT DESIGN

The front seats in Datsun GO are specially designed to keep you relaxed and alert, even during long hours behind the wheel. By adapting to the natural curve of the spine when sitting, they individually support the pelvis and chest and relieve pressure on your back. 360⁰ AIR CONDITIONING VENTS

Even the air conditioning vents are special. Unlike traditional rectangular vents, their circular design lets you pin-point exactly where you want the air to blow. You can also close them to force more air out of the other vents – if it’s just you on board, you can enjoy all the air. And the upper dash vents are perfectly placed to cool off your rear passengers.

Even after you turn the car off, these auto-off head lamps will still light your path, guiding you safely to the front door of your destination. Just click the passing switch once for 30 seconds of light, up to four times for 120 seconds. Because Datsun GO looks out for you, right up to the very end of your journey.

INTELLIGENT WIPER SYSTEM

Bad weather needs good wipers. The wipers change frequency automatically as your car’s speed increases, so you don’t have to worry about adjusting them. You can stay focused on driving safely, with better visibility. And when you use the windshield washer function, the wipers have a special mode that waits a few seconds, then comes back on to wipe away the last few drops.

LONG RANGE HEAD LAMPS

More than stylish, these head lamps with large, hexagonal reflectors provide wider and longer visibility than the competition for best-in-class lighting performance.

SMART METER

Not just a Smart Meter, but the smartest meter in the class. It includes a digital tachometer, plus a gear shift guide on the speedometer that show the ideal time to shift for maximum efficiency and performance.

Datsun GO gets and impressive 20.6 km/L – competitive in its segment, even though Datsun GO is bigger inside and out. That’s a smart package.

ELECTRONIC ACCELERATOR PEDAL

Step on the accelerator and notice how smoothly it responds. That’s because it’s controlled electronically – not by a cable – which also means less maintenance and lower emissions.

5-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION

As you grab the next gear on the 5-speed manual transmission, you’ll appreciate the positive engagement and comfortable placement of the gear shift knob. Up and out of the way, it donates its extra space for the comfort of your legs and feet.

VENTILATED DISC BRAKES

Eventually, your Datsun GO has to stop, and to make sure you can do that safely, we use 22 mm ventilate disc brakes in the front, the largest in the class. The brake system helps reduce brake “fade” from overheating, which means more secure, consistent stopping and a longer life for your brakes.

TIGHT TURNING RADIUS

Even with a longer wheelbase than most cars in its class, Datsun GO still has a very small turning radius – handy when you need to make a 3-point turn on a narrow street.
